How far in advance should I send a request?+
As early as you can. A few weeksโ notice gives the team the best chance of fitting your date. Adding an alternate date also helps a lot.
When will I hear back?+
Once the team has reviewed your request, youโll be contacted on the phone or WhatsApp number you provided, with an approval or alternate options.
Can the lecture be recorded?+
Only with the Ustazaโs prior permission. Choose your preference in the Sound & Tech step and the team will confirm it with you.
